Richelle Reed, M.S.W., LCSW, C-DBT

With a strengths-based approach, Richelle has over 15 years of experience working with children, adults, and families. Richelle utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Strengths-Based Therapy to help each person on their journey to reach their full potential for a successful and fulfilling life. With a deep commitment to fostering mental well-being, Richelle believes in the power of personalized therapy. She is passionate about helping clients navigate their unique journey toward healing and growth.

 

Richelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has a Master of Social Work from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with an emphasis in Family Studies, from the University of Northern Colorado. Richelle is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Richelle was a BizWest 2021 Northern Colorado 40 under 40 honoree and has a passion for serving all individuals living in Northern Colorado.

Richelle specializes in anxiety, trauma, stress, depression, and relationships and has significant experience working with teens/adolescents and adults who are neurodivergent, those living with disabilities, personality disorders, and PTSD. Richelle creates a space where everyone feels heard, understood, and valued.
